How to make a booking:

During the after school workshops, the children will be exposed to a variety of artistic styles and techniques.

They will be taking part in TWO art themes this term -

1. Autumn Term 1: "Autumnal Art" (5 weeks)

2. Autumn Term 2: "Winter Wonderland" (6 weeks)

Based on the type of activities that the children are creating, they may bring their work home weekly or fortnightly. ​

Each week, photos of the children and their work so far will be shared on the Fancy Pancy Instagram page (unless you state otherwise on the booking form).

Payments will be via BACS only. The payment should be made immediately after the booking form has been submitted. Please quote your child's surname as the reference when making the payment.

You WILL NOT recieve an invoice for the after school club. Simply make payment of £72. 

A receipt and confirmation email will be emailed to you once the booking form is submitted and the payment has been made.

Your child's place will be reserved for 24 hours and will only be secured once payment has been received. If payment is not made within the 24 hour period, your child's space will be released.
