How to make a booking:

During the after school workshops, the children will be exposed to a variety of artistic styles and techniques.
They will be taking part in TWO art themes this term -
1. Spring Term 1: "Positivity Portraits" (5 weeks)
2. Spring Term 2: "Spring in Bloom" (5 weeks)
Based on the type of activities that the children are creating, they may bring their work home weekly, fortnightly or at the end of the half term.
Each week, photos of the children and their work so far will be shared on the Fancy Pancy Instagram page (unless you state otherwise on the booking form).
Payments will be via BACS only. The payment should be made immediately after the booking form has been submitted. Please quote your child's surname as the reference when making the payment.
You WILL NOT receive an invoice for the after school club. Simply make payment of £120.
A receipt and confirmation email will be emailed to you once the booking form is submitted and the payment has been made.
Your child's place will be reserved for 24 hours and will only be secured once payment has been received. If payment is not made within the 24 hour period, your child's space will be released.

Places will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. There is a maximum capacity of 25 children.
Timings:
Year 1 and 2: Wednesdays 3:30pm - 4:30pm
Years 3 - 6: Thursdays 3:30pm - 4:30pm

Clubs Start: w/c Monday 12th January
Clubs Finish for Half Term: Friday 13th February
Clubs start: w/c Monday 23rd February

Costs:
£120 (for the 10 sessions of the Spring term).
This cost includes all the materials.
The children may not bring home their artwork each week, but will bring home their work once complete (weekly or fortnightly).
Refunds:
We have a NO REFUND policy.
If your child is unable to attend a session, through illness or any other reason, unfortunately there will be no refund available; however, I will try and make sure that your child catches up on the work missed the following week.
