Holiday Workshop Bookings

 Bookings for the Winter Arts & Crafts Workshops are now open. 
 

How to make a booking:

 

To book a place for the Winter Arts & Crafts Workshops, please click here

Payments will be via BACS only. Full BACS details will be on the invoice that will be emailed to you once we receive your completed booking form. Please quote the invoice number and your child's surname as the reference when making the payment. A receipt will be emailed to you. 

Your child's place will be reserved for 48 hours and will only be secured once payment has been received. If payment is not made within the 48 hour period, your child's space will be released. 

You can book one, all or a few workshops. A discounted price is offered if more than one workshop is booked. 

Siblings will receive a 5% discount. This will be indicated clearly on the invoice. 

 

Places will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. There is a maximum capacity of 28 children, with two members of staff. 

Costs:

One session: £45

Two sessions: £85

* Siblings receive a 5% discount.

Early drop off available from 8:30am: £5 daily

Late pick up available until 3:45pm: £7 daily

Don't forget - we accept bookings via Bright Horizons' Back Up Care

Refunds:

We have a NO REFUND policy. If your child is unable to attend a session, we must be notified by 6pm the day before the session to change their session to an alternative day. If you notify us on the day, your session will be non-transferable.
