How to make a booking:

 

To book a place for the October Half Term Arts & Crafts Workshops, please click here.

Payments will be via our new online booking service!

 

BOOKING FOR ONE DAY:

To make a booking for one day only, please select the date on the calendar, complete the booking form and make payment. 

​

BOOKING FOR MORE THAN ONE DAY:

To make a booking for more than one day, please select the FIRST date on the calendar, complete the booking form, add to cart and then select additional dates. Add all of the dates required to the cart, then make payment.

 

BOOKING FOR ONE CHILD:

To make a booking for one child only, follow the instructions above.

BOOKING FOR MORE THAN ONE CHILD:

To make a booking for more than one child, click on the sibling discount code link: SIBLING DISCOUNT CODE

Fill in the details requested and you will be emailed the discount code. Please check your spam folder if the email does not appear in your inbox within 5 minutes. 

Then follow the booking process as indicated above but add the discount code where requested for each child you are booking.

If you use the sibling discount code without booking more than one child, you will be contacted by the Fancy Pancy Booking Team and your booking may be cancelled.

You can book one, all or a few workshops. A discounted price is offered if more than one workshop is booked.

Places will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

Costs:

One session: £45

Two sessions: £85

Three sessions: £120

Four sessions: £165

Five sessions: £205

Six sessions: £240

Early drop off available from 8:30am: £5 daily

Late pick up available until 3:45pm: £7 daily

Don't forget - we accept bookings via Bright Horizons' Back Up Care.

Refunds:

We have a NO REFUND policy. If your child is unable to attend a session, we must be notified by 6pm the day before the session to change their session to an alternative day. If you notify us on the day, your session will be non-transferable.
