Booking Form 

Please complete and submit one form per child. 

Days Required - Please Tick (1 session =£45, 2 sessions = £85, 3 sessions = £120) Required
EARLY DROP OFF (from 8:30am) - additional £5.00 Required
LATE PICK UP (until 3:45pm) - additional £7.00 Required

Once you hit 'submit', a message saying 'Thank you for registering your child' will pop up below to indicate that your form has been submitted.
You will also receive an automated response via email.  If you do not receive the automated email response within a few minutes of submitting your form, there is a chance that the form has not gone through and you may need to submit it again. 

You will be emailed your invoice and payment details within 24 hours. 

PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER AS SOMETIMES MY EMAILS END UP THERE! PLEASE ADD ME TO YOUR 'SAFE SENDER' LIST TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING IN THE FUTURE.
