PAYMENTS, FEES, DISCOUNT, REFUNDS AND NOTICE:
Payments are required in advance and must be paid in full before attending a workshop.
Your child's place will be reserved for 48 hours and will only be secured once payment has been received. If payment is not made within the 48 hour period, your child's space will be released.
An additional 5% discount is available when booking a sibling for the holiday workshops only.
Payments are via BACS only (full BACS details on invoice). Please quote the invoice number and child's surname as the reference when making payment.
No refunds can be made. If we need to cancel a class due to the venue or staff sickness, we will always endeavour to make up the class missed by rescheduling. If this is not possible, we will offer a free session during the next holidays.
Should we need to close due to government guidelines, we will issue a refund (minus £10 administration fee).
24 hours notice is required if your child is unable to attend a session. No refunds will be issued but an alternative session during the current holidays only can be attended.
REGISTER, ATTENDANCE, ABSENCE, ILLNESS AND INJURY:
Satvinder Roopra (Owner of Fancy Pancy Bits & Bobs) will take a register as soon as the children arrive on site for the safety of all participants. If your child will be collected by someone other than the person who dropped them off in the morning, please let Satvinder know at drop off or send her a message during the day. If there is any confusion regarding collection, a phone call will be made to the parent whose contact details have been provided for confirmation.
If your child will be absent, please provide 24hours notice, in order to rearrange the session. If you do not provide at least 24hours notice, there may be a chance that an alternative session cannot be offered.
If your child is unwell or has tested positive for COVID, please keep them at home for the safety of the rest of the group.
Please let us know if your child has an injury prior to the session. If your child sustains an injury whilst under our care, you will be informed as necessary.
Satvinder has paediatric First Aid training so will carry out an simple first aid procedures as necessary (wipe any minor cuts/bleeds, apply plasters, assist with asthma inhalers). If your child sustains a minor injury whilst at the workshops, you will be informed via text message. If the injury is serious (including a head injury), you will be called. In the case of an emergency, 999 will be called first, and then you will be called.

We expect a good code of conduct from both children and parents.
We will not tolerate any form of bullying.
