Where little imaginations make Fancy Pancy things happen! Fancy Pancy Bits & Bobs offer creative holiday arts & crafts workshops for children aged 5 -10, designed to give children the freedom to explore and discover just how creative they can be. Our workshops are so much more than simply colouring, sticking and painting. Each session is carefully planned around an exciting theme, introducing children to different artists, techniques, materials and creative processes while allowing them plenty of opportunity to put their own ideas into their work. Why book with us? - Creativity without limits - We encourage children to be themselves, think creatively and make their artwork their own. There is no single ‘right’ way to create. - Unique, carefully planned projects - Every activity is thoughtfully designed, tested and prepared in advance. We don’t rely on colouring sheets or quick craft activities — we create projects that children can genuinely be proud of. - Learning through creativity - Children are introduced to artists, art movements, techniques, facts and new skills in a fun and accessible way. They might be exploring Pop Art one day and rainforest wildlife the next! - Building confidence and independence - Children are encouraged to make decisions, solve problems, experiment with materials and persevere when something doesn’t quite go to plan. Seeing their finished creation gives them a wonderful sense of achievement. - Developing teamwork and social skills - Our workshops encourage children to share ideas, help one another and learn from their peers. We love seeing children become the teacher for a moment and proudly share a technique or idea they’ve discovered. - Created by primary school teachers - Our workshops are developed and delivered by experienced primary school teachers who understand how children learn, how to engage different ages and abilities and how to make learning feel like fun. - And, of course, they have FUN! - Because ultimately, that’s what holiday workshops should be about. We want children to leave with paint on their hands, a smile on their face, a folder full of incredible creations and that wonderful feeling of “I made that!” At Fancy Pancy Bits & Bobs, we believe every child is creative.
